Section 14844 - Statewide procurement and contracting disparity study(a) The department shall contract for a statewide procurement and contracting disparity study, in order to guide outreach strategies, state government program development, and improvements to contracting policies.(b) On or before December 31, 2025, the department shall post a report to its internet website setting forth the results of the study and implementation actions taken in response to it.Amended by Stats 2024 ch 41 (SB 164),s 39, eff. 6/29/2024.Added by Stats 2022 ch 730 (AB 2019),s 10, eff. 1/1/2023.
