Section 14839.1 - Certifying and determining eligibility of small business(a) The department shall have sole responsibility for certifying and determining the eligibility of small businesses and microbusinesses under this chapter.(b) Local agencies shall have access to the department's list of certified small businesses on the department's Internet Web site, which is available to the public, for use as a reference guide to confirm a small business certification.Amended by Stats 2012 ch 114 (AB 1783),s 1, eff. 1/1/2013.Amended by Stats 2005 ch 185 (AB 348),s 2, eff. 1/1/2006Amended by Stats 2001 ch 882 (AB 1084), s 6, eff. 1/1/2002.
