Section 14672.94 - Lease to Solana Community College land located within grounds of California Medical Facility at Vacaville

Notwithstanding Section 14670, the Director of General Services may let to Solano Community College, for a period not to exceed 25 years, for the purpose of establishing a fire science training center, real property located within the grounds of the California Medical Facility in Vacaville.
