Section 12419.3.1 - No offset delinquent accounts against payments pursuant to Section 8150 of Welfare and Institutions Code(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this article, the Controller shall not offset delinquent accounts against the payment authorized pursuant to Section 8150 or 8150.2 of the Welfare and Institutions Code.(b) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2023, and as of that date is repealed.Ca.
