A grant may be recaptured, in whole or in part, in accordance with Article 8.1 (commencing with Section 19295.1) of Chapter 5 of Part 10.2 of Division 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, if GO-Biz determines that the grantee has failed to meet the criteria for a qualified small business or nonprofit pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 12100.965.
