Section 11347 - Notice not to proceed with proposed action(a) If, after publication of a notice of proposed action pursuant to Section 11346.4, but before the notice of proposed action becomes ineffective pursuant to subdivision (b) of that section, an agency decides not to proceed with the proposed action, it shall deliver notice of its decision to the office for publication in the California Regulatory Notice Register.(b) Publication of a notice under this section terminates the effect of the notice of proposed action referred to in the notice.
