Section 8262 - [Effective until 1/1/2030] Definitions
For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply:
(a) "Commission" means the California Youth Empowerment Commission established in Section 8263.(b) "Commissioner" means a voting member of the California Youth Empowerment Commission.
