Section 93005 - Local agency for purposes of Disaster Assistance Act(a) The agency is a local agency for purposes of the Disaster Assistance Act (Chapter 7.5 (commencing with Section 8680) of Division 1 of Title 2).(b) This section shall become operative on March 1, 2022.Added by Stats 2021 ch 423 (SB 69),s 9, eff. 1/1/2022.
