Section 92310 - Termination of commission; title to properties upon dissolution

Subject to Section 92352, the existence of the commission may be terminated at any time by the Legislature. Upon dissolution of the commission, the title to all properties owned by it shall vest in and become the property of the State of California and shall not inure to the benefit of any private party.
