Section 7550.1 - Cost reduction options considered when preparing

In an effort to reduce the cost of preparing state reports, a state agency shall, when preparing a report, consider cost reduction options, including, but not limited to, using unnecessary and expensive color graphics, color photographs, bindings, and paper.
