Section 6076 - Publisher of newspaper published in foreign language of enemy nation to file English translation

The publisher or owner of any newspaper published in the foreign language of any enemy nation shall file with the district attorney of the county in which it is printed or distributed a correct translation in English of every article, statement, or word published in the newpaper.
