Section 52515 - Refusal to issue or renew, or suspension or revocation, of registration; proceedings

The director may, after hearing, refuse to issue or renew, or may suspend or revoke a registration for any violation of this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter. Proceedings under this section shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1, Division 3, Title 2 of the Government Code.
