Section 9051 - Spears, harpoons and bows and arrows to take skates, rays and sharks(a) Spears, harpoons, and bows and arrows may be used for taking all varieties of skates, rays, and sharks, except soupfin sharks.(b) This section shall become operative January 1, 1999.Ca. Fish and Game Code § 9051
