Section 8691 - Mesh size for nets used to take rockfish or lingcod in certain waters

Set gill nets and trammel nets with mesh smaller than 4¹/₈ inches shall not be used or possessed on any boat taking rockfish or lingcod in ocean waters between a line extending 245° magnetic from the most westerly point of the Point Reyes headlands and a line extending 250° magnetic from the Pigeon Point Lighthouse.
