Section 15405 - Term of lease(a) Except as specified in subdivision (b), no initial term of a state water bottom lease shall exceed 25 years. (b) The initial term of a state water bottom lease for marine finfish aquaculture shall not exceed 10 years.Ca. Fish and Game Code § 15405
