Section 87001.5 - Classified position; classified employee(a) "Classified position" includes every position that is a part of the classified service as defined in Sections 88003 and 88076.(b) "Classified employee" refers to a person employed by a community college district in a classified position.Repealed and added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 1302, Sec. 4.
