Section 69765 - Guarantee; ratio of reserve funds(a) The commission shall guarantee any student loan made pursuant to this article in the amount specified in federal statutes and regulations.(b) The commission shall establish the ratio of reserve funds to loans outstanding.Repealed conditionally by Stats 2007 ch 184 (SB 91),s 2, eff. 1/1/2008.
