Section 66292 - Responsibility for ensuring community college district programs and activities free from discrimination(a) The governing board of a community college district shall have the primary responsibility for ensuring that community college district programs and activities are free from discrimination based on age and the characteristics listed in Section 66270.(b) The Chancellor's office of the California Community Colleges shall have responsibility for monitoring the compliance of each district with any and all regulations adopted pursuant to Section 11138 of the Government Code.Amended by Stats 2007 ch 569 (SB 777),s 46, eff. 1/1/2008.Amended by Stats 2007 ch 568 (AB 14),s 22, eff. 1/1/2008.
