Section 67000 - Acceptance of provisions and funds of Education Amendments of Public Laws

The people of the State of California accept the provisions of and each of the funds provided by Title 1 and Title X of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Public Law 92-318), the Education Amendments of 1976 (Public Law 94-482), and subsequent enactments amendatory or supplementary thereto.
