Section 52334 - Limitation on indirect costs charged to centers or programs(a) Indirect costs charged to regional occupational centers and programs may not exceed the school district or county office of education, as appropriate, prior year indirect cost rate as approved by the department.(b) The indirect costs charged by county offices of education and school districts that provide regional occupational centers and programs services on behalf of the county office of education or joint powers authority, when added together, may not exceed the indirect cost rate approved by the department for the county office of education or the school district, whichever is higher.Amended by Stats 2015 ch 19 (SB 78),s 108, eff. 6/24/2015.Added by Stats 2000 ch 1058 (AB 2907), s 58, eff. 12/30/1899.Amended by Stats 2001 ch 734 (AB 804), s 38, eff. 10/10/2001.
