Section 52550 - Names and addresses of persons with intention to become citizens obtained in counties in which U.S. district courts located

In counties in which the U.S. district courts are located, the superintendent of schools of the county or city and county shall obtain monthly from the clerk of the U.S. district court the names and addresses of all persons filing their declarations of intention to become citizens of the United States or their petitions for naturalization.
