Section 37693 - Date after which operation prohibited(a) A Concept 6 program may not be operated after July 1, 2012, or such earlier date as may be prescribed by the Legislature pursuant to Section 37692.(b) Although the Concept 6 program is authorized until July 1, 2012, it is the intent of the Legislature that all school districts eliminate the Concept 6 program as soon as practicable.Added by Stats 2004 ch 901 (AB 1550),s 3, eff. 9/29/2004.
