Section 37681 - Authority to operate; school prohibited from operating(a) Commencing with the 2004-05 school year, a school district may not operate a Concept 6 program, unless the school district operated a Concept 6 program continuously since the 2003-04 school year.(b) A school initially operating on or after July 1, 2004, may not operate a Concept 6 program if operation of the program would increase the number of schools in the district operating a Concept 6 program above the number in operation in the district, on average, over the preceding two school years.Added by Stats 2004 ch 901 (AB 1550),s 3, eff. 9/29/2004.
