Section 11005 - Identification of ineffective or not cost effective projects for termination

Based upon evaluations conducted pursuant to former Section 11004, the California Postsecondary Education Commission may identify projects that are ineffective or not cost-effective for termination. Funds made available as a result of that termination shall be reallocated for the awarding of new grants pursuant to Section 11003.
