Section 32435 - Generally(a) No school district, county board of education, or county superintendent of schools shall expend any public funds on the purchase of alcoholic beverages.(b) If an employee of a school district or county educational agency requests and is erroneously granted a reimbursement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages in violation of subdivision (a) of this section, the employee may refund the reimbursement.Added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 993, Sec. 1.
