Section 1812.119 - Voidable contracts; reference to compliance(a) Any contract for discount buying services which does not comply with the applicable provisions of this title shall be voidable by the buyer.(b) No discount buying organization shall make or authorize the making of any reference to its compliance with this title.Amended by Stats. 1980, Ch. 1001, Sec. 3.
