Section 1785.4 - Inapplicability to person licensed pursuant to Chapter 11, Division 3 Business and Professions Code

Nothing in this title shall apply to any person licensed pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 11 (commencing with Section 7500) of Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code, or to any employee of such person, unless such person is employed directly by a consumer credit reporting agency.
