Section 22972.1 - Temporary license(a) Notwithstanding Section 22972 or Section 22973, the board may issue to a retailer a temporary license with a scheduled expiration date, as determined by the board, that occurs on or before September 30, 2004.(b) A temporary license issued pursuant to this section shall be automatically terminated upon the board's issuance of a license pursuant to Section 22973.1.(c) A temporary license issued pursuant to this section is subject to the same suspension, revocation, and forfeiture provisions that apply to licenses issued by the board pursuant to Section 22973.1.Ca. Bus. and Prof'l. Code § 22972.1
