Section 22124 - Quality mark not applicable to certain parts

A quality mark applied to any article shall not apply to springs, winding bars, sleeves, crown cores, mechanical joint pins, screws, rivets, dustbands, detachable movement rims, hat-pin stems, bracelet or necklace snap tongues.
