Section 12709 - [Operative 1/1/2028] Deposit of license fees(a) All license fees collected pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited in the Department of Food and Agriculture Fund to be expended by the department for the administration and enforcement of this chapter.(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2028.Ca.
