Section 7730.6 - Reinstatement of license(a)For reinstatement of a license within the fiscal year, the fee shall be fifty dollars ($50).(b)As used in this section, "reinstatement of a license" means the reissuance of a canceled cemetery broker's license, or a cemetery salesperson's license which was canceled during the year for which it was issued upon the salesperson's withdrawal from the employ of a cemetery broker.Ca.
