Section 7653.36 - [Operative 1/1/2027] Unannounced inspections(a)The bureau shall annually conduct a minimum of one unannounced inspection of each reduction facility and each licensed hydrolysis facility.(b)This section shall become operative on January 1, 2027.Ca. Bus. and Prof. Code § 7653.36
