Section 7599.35 - Renewal of licenses granted to LLCs(a) On or before January 1, 2023, the bureau shall share with the appropriate policy committees of the Legislature relevant information regarding the renewal of licenses granted to licensees organized as a limited liability company. The information shall include, but not be limited to, any claims paid pursuant to Section 7599.34.(b) Pursuant to Section 10231.5 of the Government Code, this section is repealed on January 1, 2024.Ca.
