Section 7582.11 - Issuance of license and certificate of licensure(a) The chief shall issue a license, the form and content of which shall be determined by the chief in accordance with Section 164. In addition, the chief shall issue a "Certificate of Licensure" to any licensee, upon request and upon the payment of the fee prescribed in this chapter.(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2018.Ca.
