Section 4336 - Knowing violation of certain statutes with respect to dangerous drugs by use of minor as agent(a) Every person who knowingly or willfully violates Section 4055, 4059, 4060, 4061, 4062, 4063, 4064, 4065, 4077, 4080, 4081, 4083, or 4332 with respect to dangerous drugs by use of a minor as an agent is guilty of a felony.(b) Nothing contained in this section shall apply to a pharmacist furnishing dangerous drugs pursuant to a prescription.Ca.
