Section 4002 - Election of officers; office, meetings; quorum(a) The board shall elect a president, a vice president, and a treasurer. The officers of the board shall be elected by a majority of the membership of the board.(b) The principal office of the board shall be located in Sacramento. The board shall hold a meeting at least once in every four months. Members of the board may meet by teleconference pursuant to Section 11123 of the Government Code.
