Section 4542 - False representation or impersonation(a)It is unlawful for any person willfully to make any false representation or impersonate any other person in connection with any examination or application for a license.(b)It is unlawful for any person to permit or aid any other person in any manner to impersonate that person in connection with any examination or application for a license.Ca.
