Section 9-31-503 - Rulemaking authority - Implementation process

The Division of Youth Services shall promulgate rules for implementing this subchapter, and may consult with the Division of Elementary and Secondary Education and make use of Division of Elementary and Secondary Education resources in order to implement this subchapter.
