Section 9-28-801 - Facility to house older juvenile offenders established(a) The Division of Youth Services shall establish a separate facility to house offenders between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21) who have been committed to the division.(b) The facility shall be in operation by July 1, 2000, and shall be contingent upon funding.
