Section 6-85-604 - Authority(a) The Division of Higher Education shall administer the Arkansas Challenge Plus Scholarship Program under this subchapter.(b) The division may promulgate rules to administer the program under this subchapter.Added by Act 2023, No. 386,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2023.
