Section 5-37-225 - Use of false transcript, diploma, or grade report from postsecondary educational institution(a) No person may falsely make, forge, or counterfeit, or cause or procure to be falsely made, forged, or counterfeited, or knowingly aid or assist in falsely making, forging, or counterfeiting a transcript, diploma, or grade report of a postsecondary educational institution.(b) No person may use, offer, or present as genuine a false, forged, counterfeited, or altered transcript, diploma, or grade report of a postsecondary educational institution.(c) No person may use, offer, or present a transcript, diploma, or grade report of a postsecondary educational institution in a fraudulent manner.(d) A person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.Acts 1991, No. 351, §§ 1, 2; 2005, No. 1994, § 345; 2007, No. 827, § 40.
