Section 4-35-304 - Bonds - Tax exemption(a) The principal of and interest on bonds issued under the authority of this subchapter shall be exempt from all state, county, and municipal taxes.(b) This exemption shall include income, inheritance, and estate taxes.Acts 2003, No. 1330, § 3.
