Section 27-14-2305 - Brand on motor vehicle title(a) The provisions of this subchapter shall not apply to motor vehicles more than seven (7) model years old before the calendar year of the occurrence.(b) A title that is branded under this subchapter shall retain the brand on the title for the life of the motor vehicle.Amended by Act 2017, No. 651,§ 2, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1993, No. 614, § 5; 1999, No. 1572, § 2; 2007, No. 410, § 3.
