Section 23-76-120 - Regulation of agents - Definition(a) After notice and hearing, the Insurance Commissioner may promulgate such reasonable rules as are necessary to provide for the licensing of agents.(b) "Agent" means a person directly or indirectly associated with a healthcare plan who engages in solicitation or enrollment.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 2702, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1975, No. 454, § 16; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-5216.
