Section 20-9-301 - Posting of room rates(a) All public and private hospitals located and operated in this state shall post in some conspicuous place in each patient's room the daily room rates for both a private and a semiprivate room.(b) Any hospital or person violating subsection (a) of this section shall be guilty of a violation and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each violation.Acts 1967, No. 91, §§ 1, 2; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 82-355, 82-356; Acts 2005, No. 1994, § 105.
