Section 17-83-106 - Penalties - Enforcement(a) Violations of this chapter shall constitute Class A misdemeanors.(b)(1) The Arkansas Dietetics Licensing Board shall assist the prosecuting attorney in the enforcement of this chapter.(2) Any member of the board may present evidence of a violation to the appropriate prosecuting attorney.Acts 1989, No. 392, § 17.
