Section 16-123-343 - Prevailing party(a) A court in a civil action brought under this subchapter or the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission in an administrative hearing under § 16-123-331 may award reasonable attorney's fees to the prevailing party.(b) However, nothing contained in this subchapter shall waive the sovereign immunity of the State of Arkansas or any of its officials, agencies, departments, boards, or commissions.Acts 2001, No. 1785, § 44; 2005, No. 250, § 5.
