Section 15-20-703 - Definitions
As used in this subchapter:
(1) "Commission" means the State Parks, Recreation, and Travel Commission;(2) [Repealed.](3) "Department" means the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism; and(4) "Registry" means the state Registry of Scenic Resources created by this subchapter.
