Section 14-54-1709 - Supplemental measure(a) This subchapter does not restrict the right of any person or government official from proceeding against a public nuisance by any other means.(b) This subchapter is supplemental to all other laws and any other powers of a city of the first class or city of the second class.Acts 2003, No. 1190, § 9.
