Section 11-11-219 - Renewal of licenses(a) Every license issued pursuant to this subchapter shall remain in force for one (1) year from the date of issue or until the end of the state's fiscal year, whichever occurs first, unless the license has been revoked pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter.(b) Applications for renewal of all licenses provided by this subchapter must be filed with the Director of the Division of Labor no later than thirty (30) days prior to expiration of the license.(c) Any licensee who fails to renew a license by the expiration date shall be automatically suspended from the right to engage in the activity authorized by the license until the license is renewed.(d) Every application for renewal of a license must be accompanied by payment of the required license fee and evidence of compliance with the bonding requirements of this subchapter.
